Cancellation Fees
We understand that circumstances can change and unexpected situations arise. However, as your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, late cancellations or missed appointments can limit our ability to offer that time to others in need.
For standard appointments, we kindly ask that at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations within 48 hours (2 business days) will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost, and cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance will be charged at the full session fee.
For assessment bookings, which require longer and dedicated appointment times, we ask that at least 72 hours (3 business days) notice is provided. Late cancellations within this period will incur a fee of 50% of the sessions cost.
We aim to apply this policy with care and understanding, and appreciate your support in helping us provide timely access to services for all patients.
